Olga Brito is a seasoned veterinary professional based in Miami, Florida, with more than 17 years of experience in the veterinary field. As the Lead Veterinary Technician and Practice Manager at Happy Pet Eyes, she plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care, efficient hospital operations, and a supportive, collaborative environment for both clients and staff.

Olga began her career in veterinary medicine at just 15 years old while still in high school, developing an early passion for animal care that grew into a lifelong professional commitment. She graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program at Miami Dade College in 2015 and earned her credentials as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT). Dedicated to continued professional growth, she is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology and Management at St. Petersburg College, further strengthening her expertise in leadership, hospital administration, and team development. She is also RECOVER CPR certified, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of emergency and life-saving patient care.

Throughout her career, Olga has held a wide range of roles including kennel assistant, lead technician, clinic liaison, practice manager, and regional training manager. These diverse experiences have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of veterinary hospital operations, staff training, and workflow optimization. In her current role, she focuses on leadership development, team training, and operational excellence, helping ensure that every patient at Happy Pet Eyes receives compassionate, high-quality specialty care.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Olga is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to mentorship.
