Nicole Weber is a Certified Veterinary Assistant with more than six years of veterinary experience and over 20 years of experience in customer service. She serves as the Client Experience Lead and Operations Assistant at Happy Pet Eyes, joining the team shortly after the hospital opened in 2026. In her role, she helps shape the client experience while supporting the continued growth, development, and refinement of the practice’s daily operations.
Nicole’s love for animals began long before her career in veterinary medicine. Growing up on a farm in the Redlands, she was surrounded by animals of all kinds and learned from an early age the importance of patience, compassion, and responsible care. For a time, she worked as a stable hand, further deepening her connection with animals and their unique needs. One of the experiences that has stayed with her most was assisting a veterinarian during an assisted birth for a blind cow she had grown especially fond of. Experiences like these helped shape the deep respect and compassion for animals that continue to guide her work today.
Throughout her veterinary career, Nicole has gained experience in both general practice and specialty care, including working as an overnight Emergency triage nurse. This experience strengthened her ability to communicate clearly during stressful and urgent situations, help clients determine appropriate next steps, and provide compassionate support when their pets needed care outside of regular hours. Combined with her background in high-level customer service, Nicole brings a strong foundation in client communication, patient support, and specialty care coordination.
In addition to her work with clients, Nicole supports the day-to-day operations of Happy Pet Eyes by helping streamline workflows, strengthen communication systems, and improve the overall efficiency and consistency of the practice. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and genuine ability to build trusting relationships with clients, referring veterinarians, and team members.
Outside of work, Nicole is a proud single mom to her daughter, Olivia, and enjoys music, creative projects, and finding meaningful ways to support and encourage others. She shares her home with her dog, Twixie, who was hired alongside her and is a familiar and friendly presence at the clinic—you’ll see her at nearly every visit to Happy Pet Eyes. Twixie also has her own cat, Kia, and Nicole’s orange tabby, Simba, completes the family. Her lifelong love of animals and creativity continues to be a central and grounding part of both her personal life and her work.
